BCI is in a unique position to offer turnkey hiring processes. Our experts will meet with City/County leadership to determine the desired attributes for the open position, sift through applications to narrow the field then tailor a process to create a field of final candidates.  

 

BCI will design telephone interview questions and the in-person process according to the staff leadership direction. Once a final decision is made we will complete a thorough background investigation. Our staff will do all the leg work leaving final decisions to Management and prevent them from keeping the staff from their normal duties.
